VENTRAL HERNIA

Ventral hernias are result of muscle weakness. They can be the result of some abdominal operation, where proper healing could not take place.

Repair is done to correct the muscle weakness and close the gap through which abdominal parts/ tissues herniated. Often prolene mesh is requires to strengthen the weak muscles.

Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Lipectomy and/or Abdominoplasty may be required to be done along with.
